박남규

박남규 교수는 지난 15년 간 개인, 팀, 집단의 창의성에 대한 연구를 기반으로 기업들이 지속 가능한 경쟁우위를 창조할 수 있는 다양한 접근 방법에 대한 해답을 찾아가고 있다. 성장을 추구하는 많은 기업들이 M&A, 전략적 제휴, 해외시장 진출과 같은 전통적인 대안들을 사용하는 것에 대한 문제점을 지적하고, 새로운 관점에서 창조적인 미래 전략을 수립해야 한다는 것을 강조하고 있다.매일경제 신문에서 한국을 대표하는 경영대가로 선정되었고, 한국전략경영학회, 한국국제경영학회의 임원으로 활동하고 있으며, Strategic Management Journal, Creativity Research Journal, Journal ofManagement 등에 많은 논문들을 게재하고 있다.박남규 교수는 서울대학교 경영대학에서 창조와 혁신, 하이테크 경쟁전략, 글로벌 경영전략 등을 강의하고 있으며, 2003년 이후 삼성, 현대자동차, 포스코, 신한 금융 그룹의 인재 양성 전략에 대한 자문을 수행하고 있으며, 주요 그룹의 CEO 후보 양성을 위한 전문 교육에 주임교수 역할을 맡고 있으며, 서울대학교, NYU, KAIST, Univ. of Miami에서 수 차례 최우수강의상을 받았다.
